Adai
Time of preparation : 2 Hours 20 Minutes
Serves : 4
Ingredients:
1 Cup Channa Dal
1 Cup Tuvar Dal
1/4 Cup Urad Dal
1/4 Cup Moong Dal
1/4 Cup Rice
1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
2 Green Chilies
4 Red Chilies
1'' Ginger
Salt to Taste
1/2 Cup Chopped Coriander
8 Curry Leaves
Oil
Method of cooking:
Soak dals together and rice separately for 2 hours.
Grind rice, chilles, curry leaves and ginger together.
Add dals and grind again.
Add salt, coriander and coconut and mix well, Heat a griddle and pour some batter and spread in a circular motion.
Spread one spoon of oil around the dosa and cook both sides.
Method of Serving:
Serve Hot.
